PASSADIÇO DE SONHO

Foi recentemente inaugurado aquele que será certamente o passadiço mais bonito de Portugal, e talvez um dos melhores do mundo. 
Fica na freguesia de Canelas, no concelho de Arouca, e foi construído ao longo de um troço do rio Paiva (antes considerado um dos mais puros da Europa), entre fragas, vegetação autocne e outra, cascatas... 
Tem um total de 8,8km, e uma escadaria com 642 degraus, e outra com 308... 
Começa e acaba sempre numa praia fluvial (quer se comece numa ponta, quer na outra), e pelo meio há outra, para além de outros locais onde é possivel sair do passadiço e tomar banho. 
A vista é sempre deslumbrante. 
O ar é puro.

Portugal no Guiness com a maior bandeira humana...

PORTUGUESE FEMALE POWER On 20 May 2006 we had the pleasure of spending 48 hours in Portugal adjudicating an attempt on the Guinness World Record for the Largest Human National Flag. The record to beat was set in Scotland earlier this year when 13,254 fans formed the Saltire, the Scottish national flag, at a Scotland v France Six-Nations game at Murrayfield Rugby Club. Held at Lisbon's national stadium, the event was organized by a company called Realizar who had plenty of experience having organized seven other successful Guinness World Records attempts. These include the Largest Hockey Stick, a staggering 56 ft 7 in ( 17.25 m) long, the Largest Human Logo made up of 34,000 people (part of Portugal's successful bid to host the Euro 2004 soccer championships) and the Largest Football with a whopping diameter of 19 ft 10 in (6.06 m)!
