Existem fases na nossa vida 
Por vezes, é inevitável
É preciso passar por elas
E aprender coisas novas 

Hoje consciente e de pés na terra,
Vou aonde a felicidade me leva,
mas por vezes o amor prega partidas
ao lado do amor anda a dor de mãos dadas

Por vezes, existem dias e dias
Bons dias em que reina a alegria
Ouvir o cantar dos passarinhos alegres
Maus dias, de não saber o que fazer 
Aquela vontade de fugir
Querer voltar a aquele passo anterior
E de esconder de tudo e de nada

olho para o infinito e vejo a balança da vida
As vantagens e desvantagens de tudo
O rumo a seguir ou não, do sitio aonde estamos
E decido depois de uma boa noite de sono.

Portugal no Guiness com a maior bandeira humana...

PORTUGUESE FEMALE POWER On 20 May 2006 we had the pleasure of spending 48 hours in Portugal adjudicating an attempt on the Guinness World Record for the Largest Human National Flag. The record to beat was set in Scotland earlier this year when 13,254 fans formed the Saltire, the Scottish national flag, at a Scotland v France Six-Nations game at Murrayfield Rugby Club. Held at Lisbon's national stadium, the event was organized by a company called Realizar who had plenty of experience having organized seven other successful Guinness World Records attempts. These include the Largest Hockey Stick, a staggering 56 ft 7 in ( 17.25 m) long, the Largest Human Logo made up of 34,000 people (part of Portugal's successful bid to host the Euro 2004 soccer championships) and the Largest Football with a whopping diameter of 19 ft 10 in (6.06 m)!
